Groups : Facebook Just Got an Update For Friends

Facebook Labs is creating something new, Everytime. Now it's latest launch Facebook Groups got it's very own application for iOS and Android .
Facebook Groups is same consisting traditional news feed and buttons but it just got personal. Means you can make your Facebook with a small group of peoples you met at Jazz Night or Some Felicitation Ceremony.

Facebook Groups allows you to create and navigate between groups based upon some friends or persons. The group privacy will remain upto the groups and the news feed will be organized based upon the posts by those group members.
The privacy settings of Groups are predefined to its users setting, although you can change them.
Suppose, you have a college club member and want to share some posts, news or photos from them then you will see a Facebook Group of that club under discover tab.

As many of users of Facebook ( including me ) are disappointed by the killing of messenger from Facebook main app, Groups will remain as a part of it's main app. So don't worry, you don't have to share some extra space although the separate app will give you notifications based upon those groups.

Review, Ello : I am impressed by the look modern networks are using

Life is expended out of Facebook. More than it, like take an example. Thanks to @lucian for invitation.

It's about Ello.co , created by a small group of designers. I have read it's complete Privacy Policy and it is something which is ahead of everything. Everything in the sense of ads. It doesn't use your data or information in monetizing it's contents.
As Google and Facebook, they use your visit information or their things and use them to show you preferable ads on news feed or wall, whatever you can say.

Ello says :

Collecting and selling your personal data, reading your posts to your friends, and mapping your social connections for profit is both creepy and unethical. Under the guise of offering a "free" service, users pay a high price in intrusive advertising and lack of privacy.

We also think ads are tacky, that they insult our intelligence and that we're better without them.

There are a lot of handed features,you can use with Ello. You can follow people, can make noises, their is a WTF Section for about, help and policies, you can post statuses with full support of emojis also. And it supports your arrow keys to show/hide sidebar also,so we can say full keyboard support also. You can mention peoples as I did in my first post.

You Can Go Back in Time. Mozilla's Big Launch 'Forgot' Button and Developer Version

As Mozilla Turns 10 Year Old today, it announces some latest updates and Developer Edition of its Browser as which were proposed last week. 
 
In these 10years Mozilla became too smart in case of Privacy, Data Management and Pop-up Blocking, and it really needs something that will take you to the back time. Yes, according to Mozilla's new feature, you can go your 5 minutes to 24 Hours back, if you've created some mess in your browser. Example, you've searched for 'Porn' now you want to forgot all of that. Firefox provides you the option to clear everything you've done before certain time.

But, what about the keystrokes which you've entered in search engines. Mozilla again introduces new pre-installed Add-ons Duck Duck Go , A search engine which never remembers what you've searched or doesn't want to know who you are.

Now, Coming to Developer Version,

Previous browsers of Mozilla, like Aurora or any Nightly Build Browsers were not so helpful as this release is. It has some particular integrations as WebIDE Integration as we told you before, which can help a developer in debugging whole page or a Web-App with Mozilla's Debugging Tools.

With all these functionality, Firefox ensures that I'm not going to change my browser for next 10 years.

Apple's 9:41 Factor, iPhone Clocks in Apple ads Always Set to 9:41

Have you ever thought that why sky is blue ?
Left it here, we're asking a new Question : Why Apple Clocks are Always Set To 9:41 ?
I hope, you all are curious to know. Well, a post on The Atlantic find out why it is. The Atlantic spills beans on that.

Actually for that we have to go a long way back in January, 2007 launching event of iPhone in Macworld conference in San Fransisco, where Apple CEO, Steve Jobs steps on stage at 9:00 am. After a presentation about iPhone when he announce : "Today, Apple is going to reinvent the iPhone" and there on the screen iPhone flashes and it was 9:42am.

Till then Apple is continuing it, and in 2010 when the iPad was launched, its clock time was 9:41am so now all the latest iPhone is following  their ancestors.
In post at The Atlantic, former iPhone Executive Scott Forestall explained,

"We design the product launch keynotes so that the big reveal of the product happens around 40 minutes into the presentation. When the big image of the product appears on screen, we want the time shown to be close to the actual time on the audience’s watches. But we know we won’t hit 40 minutes exactly. And for the iPhone, we made it 42 minutes. It turned out we were pretty accurate with that estimate, so for the iPad, we made it 41 minutes. And there you are—the secret of the magic time."

First Browser For Developers By Mozilla

So, Mozilla is doing a lot things for Developers, and now its announces to launch a new browser on its 10th Anniversary, which will be exclusive for developers.
As on 3rd Nov Mozilla announces that it decided to release a browser which will include its powerful tools as WebIDE and Firefox Tool Adapter. Both the tools will be integrated in new Firefox by which a developer will not have to switch between various site and debug tools.

In Organization's Statements : "We’ve redesigned the browser by looking at it through a completely new filter to put developers’ interests first. It’s built by developers for developers so you can debug the whole Web, allowing you to more easily build awesome Web experiences"

It completely makes sense to launch a new browser by Mozilla, who has invested a a lot in its developer tools. Whether it is a Smart Phone OS or A Web Client, it launches a great set of tools for users. Now a developer dedicates Browser consisting all of its powerful tools in it, Seems great.
